Our company, ECOM-US, started as a sole proprietorship on July 1, 2022, and has gone through the entire process of establishing a Korean corporation and is currently in the process of establishing a branch office in China, all done online. Initially, I had my doubts, but despite some struggles, we managed to make it work. Without the help of my team members, accountants, and lawyers, I would never have been able to accomplish this on my own. Interestingly, most of the partners I currently collaborate with are also connections formed online. Although it wasn&#8217;t intentional, the unique circumstances of living in China led to the establishment of a 100% remote working environment, which has its pros and cons.
