In e-commerce, if the conversion rate is at least 1%, it’s still considered as “the site is functioning properly.” A higher conversion rate is always preferred. It indicates that more of the site’s visitors have reached the intended final destination, which could be actions like downloading our own app or making a product/service purchase.
For ECOM-US’s website, considering its business nature, receiving customer inquiries via phone or chat is considered a conversion, meaning the site’s goal has been achieved. Given that each inquiring client’s needs and business situations are considered for providing a quote, the final conversion occurs when the contract is signed, leading to the ultimate sales transaction.
Simply put, out of 100 site visitors, one person makes an inquiry, and out of those 100 inquiries, one becomes a final client. While it’s challenging to directly compare ECOM-US’s website with regular online stores, the actual conversion rate is fortunately much higher than 1%. Nevertheless, for those who choose us, among hundreds or even thousands, we are incredibly grateful. It’s our sincere commitment to work hard for those who have chosen us.
