In addition to search engine advertising such as Google or Naver, digital marketing within the operated malls is also possible. For instance, if the brand is listed on Kakao Gift, various advertisements within the Kakao Gift platform can be executed. If ECOM-US operates the advertising mall, the advertising costs within the mall will also be supported without additional services. However, please note that free support means not charging for the service of executing advertisements separately, and costs for advertising on channels like Google and Kakao are billed separately by the platform. Generally, advertising contracts are made directly between the brand and the advertising platform through the brand’s account, and ECOM-US assists in completing the contract and efficiently executing the completed advertising products. For CPC advertising, if the brand specifies the target ROAS, the advertising will be executed accordingly.

Therefore, it is not recommended to utilize only some of the other services such as marketing, logistics, and customer service without the sales operation. Other services are conceptualized as additional services provided to maximize the online sales of brand partners by adding supplementary elements on a well-prepared online sales operation base.

Sales operation is divided into daily routine operations and irregular operations. Daily routines refer to the process of aggregating incoming orders, entering them into invoices, and completing the shipment process. Depending on the various situations and requirements of the brand clients, this process can be automated using seller tools such as Sabaonet or can be done manually. Due to the technical limitations of existing order automation tools, in cases where the product and packaging structures are complex and there are many variables, manual work is often preferable if the brand wishes to adhere to the desired customer shopping experience.
