ECOM-US Company Dinner Policy

At ECOM-US, there are no official company dinners or gatherings. Team dinners, company events, outings, and seminars that may involve dining are all considered part of the work itself. Therefore, if such gatherings occur, they are scheduled during regular working hours. However, as our team members are typically occupied with their core responsibilities during working hours, we do not prioritize or organize formal company dinners or similar events.

As the company grows, there may arise a need for team bonding and socializing among the members. In such instances, the company may occasionally organize a lunch for the employees. Since the lunch hour is considered personal time, the company treats it as an appreciation for the employees’ dedication and willingness to participate in the company’s activities during their personal time. Attendance at such events remains entirely voluntary.

For those who wish to socialize or dine with colleagues outside of work hours, individuals are free to do so during their lunch break or after work. However, the company does not provide financial support for these informal gatherings. It is important to note that the company neither endorses nor assumes responsibility for any personal gatherings or activities that occur outside of working hours. Additionally, all employees are not obligated to participate in any personal dinner invitations extended by their superiors.
