Wearing blue light glasses made me realize the importance of taking care of my body. With an increased screen time due to my business, I started using blue light glasses not because I felt immediate eye fatigue, but purely as a preventive measure. However, as soon as I started using them, I felt a significant reduction in eye strain. It’s almost as if I’ve been foolishly subjecting my eyes to so much damage without even realizing it. Initially, I only used them during work hours, but the noticeable benefits have now made it a habit to wear them regularly.
Similar practices to wearing blue light glasses include drinking plenty of water, applying sunscreen, and thoroughly drying my hair after showering. These may seem like small lifestyle habits, but over time, they make a substantial difference compared to those who neglect them, as it is widely known. Even though I am not particularly disciplined in my habits, I recognize the need to start improving from today onwards. Just like running a long-distance race, both business and life require taking care of the body to maintain the same condition in your 40s and 50s as you have now.
